PRECAST PILES

Overview

Driven precast concrete piles offer a cost-effective solution for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. In-house engineering teams design these piles in various segmental lengths tailored to each project’s required depths, minimizing waste and reducing costs.

Precast concrete piles range in size from 200mm² to 350mm² and are available in a variety of segmental lengths. The standard reinforced pile is designed as a compression pile with moderate tensile and bending capacities and is CE marked for quality assurance. For projects requiring higher load capacities, fully reinforced 275/300/350mm² precast piles with a fully mechanical joint are utilized.

Piles are installed using a top-driven hydraulic hammer, which drives them into the ground without generating site spoil, thus reducing site traffic, waste, and costs.

Precast concrete piles are adaptable and can be employed in numerous deep foundation scenarios, making them appropriate for almost any ground condition.
